Various initiatives and efforts are being made by Telangana Government to provide quality infrastructure and assets which are essential components for economic development of the State , to meet short-term and long-term goals for socio economic development of the State and to provide robust and resilient infrastructure. The road connectivity and mobility necessities are placed in the key focus category. The state government envisages a holistic and sustainable development of its state-wide road network.

As a part of the above initiative, some of the roads forming part of road networks of Roads and Buildings department (R & B, D), Panchayat Raj Engineering Department (PRED) and Tribal Welfare Engineering Department (TWED) are prioritized for development under Hybrid Annuity Mode in a phased manner. Providing connection to the unconnected GPs is given priority by PRED while Connecting missing Links is being given priority by R & B Department. The consultancy work for the project was awarded to the JV of M/s Aarvee Associates Architects Engineers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd and LEA Associates South Asia Pvt. Ltd. vide agreement dated 28.03.2025.
